Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal mit der Nähe zur Seebrücke, zu den Restaurants, zum Spielplatz und und und.Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, jedoch sollten im Vorfeld alle Informationen (max. Höhe, Gewicht etc.) nochmals separat mitgeteilt werden.Die Wohnung ist super toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls toll und lädt zum Draußen verweilen und Sonnenbaden ein. Auch das ein Fahrstuhl ist im Haus vorhanden. Super praktisch fürs transportieren des Gepäcks.Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder.

Eine Woche Familien Urlaub

Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert, da wir das schon vom letzten Jahr kannten.Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geräumig ( sogar Liegestuhl, Sandspielzeug usw. vorhanden). Genügen Platz für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist nach Innenhof gerichtet, was für uns optimal war. Wir hatten letztes Jahr eine Wohnung auf der sonnigen Seite, war eindeutig zu warm. Die Küche war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (Tipp: die Messer könnten geschärft werden). Das Badezimmer sauber (Tipp: ausreichend Klopapier und Seife vor Ort haben, dass man jeder Zeit zugreifen kann).Alle Räume waren mit Plissee ausgestattet, das man auch gut zum verdunkeln beim schlafen perfekt war. Die Höhe der Einfahrt ins Parkgarage beträgt 2,00 m, allerdings der Stellplatzhöhe 1,8 m (Tipp: die Höhe bedenken, wenn man mit einer Dachbox anreist. War uns nicht so bekannt, mussten diese vor Ort abbauen). Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt um keine weite Wege zur Versorgung zu machen. Es sind keine Kritikpunkte, sonder kleine TippsWir können einstimmig sagen, das es ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt war. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Wohnen in Sellin

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Sellin gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen - Die Wohnung liegt im rückwärtigen Teil des Hauses das in einen Hang gebaut ist. Man schaut gegen eine grüne Wand. Insgesamt war die Wohnung dadurch sehr dunkel. Restaurants erreicht man fußläufig und der Bäcker im Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ortsbimmelbahn und Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus so das man auch ohne Auto und Fahrrad Ziele auf der Insel erreichen kann. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Die Wohnung hat natürlich eine 1a Lage. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Perfekt ist auch, dass sich im Haus ein Bäcker befindet, bei dem man sehr gut frühstücken kann.

Top Lage, schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Die Betten in SZ und KZ sind anscheinend neu und wie wir fanden sehr bequem. Die Lage ist Top!! Bäcker direkt im Haus oder ein paar Meter entfernt. Gastronomie überall in der Str. Das Parkhaus konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da unser Auto schwerer ist wie 2t. Aber auch dafür gab es eine Lösung. Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. ToP!!!

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil

Tolle Wohnung die(fast)alles hat! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und denken wir kommen wieder.Die Wohnung ist relativ gut rollstuhlgerecht( Fahrstuhl und normale türbreiten),so dass mein Mann sehr gut zurecht kam,kleiner Nachteil, leider hat die Terrassentür eine zu hohe Stufe was auf dem Foto nicht zu sehen war. Zu guter letzt gibst eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Objektverwaltung und Wohnungseigentümer die selbst bei einem Fahrstuhl Ausfall zur Hilfe kamen. Vielen lieben Dank

Schöne Fewo - gern wieder

Fewo ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und macht einen sauberen, gepflegten Eindruck. Grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag benötigt: Geschirr, Töpfe, eine große Pfanne, Auflaufform. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass uns Spülmittel, Geschirrhandtücher, Schwamm und Lappen zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren kuschelig. Terrasse haben wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht genutzt, ebenso die Fahrradabstellplätze. Die Garage war zu Beginn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Fahrstuhlprinzip - sowas haben wir aber auch noch nie benutzt) - es hat jedoch alles super geklappt. Lage ist sehr zentral und gleich darunter gibt es einen Bäcker. Alles top!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Leider waren die Betten sehr durchgelegen, was mich sehr gestört hat, weil ich dadurch starke Rückenschmerzen hatte. Das Sofa war leider auch sehr unbequem . Der Rest der Wohnung war toll und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
