Eine sehr sehr schöne große Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung in bester Lage, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wenn wir nicht am Baujahr des Aufzuges das Alter 2012 gelesen hätten, wären wir nahezu von einem Neubau ausgegangen. Einzige Kritik gebührt der viel zu engen Tiefgarage, in der man für den Stellplatz 4 ziemlich viele Rangiermanöver benötigt, um einparken zu können. Aber beser so, als gar keinen Stellplatz

Sehr Zentral und alles gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung Villa Antje von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ideal ist auch die großzügige Terrasse. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Vermisst haben wir lediglich eine Mikrowelle. Die würde die komfortable Ausstattung der Küche noch vervollständigen. Es war ein rundherum erholsamer Urlaub auf der schönen Insel Rügen.
