Location
The holiday home is located on a quiet side street in the popular Husum area of Rödemis, with a direct view of the green “Kuhgräsung.” The city centre and the train station are within easy walking distance. A supermarket where you can pick up fresh rolls in the morning is only about 100 m from the house.

The Amenities
The 80-square-meter holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, you’ll find the cosy, bright living area with a large satellite TV, the spacious dining area, and the newly furnished kitchen (2018) with an oven, a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a drip coffee maker (filter size 4), an electric kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom (ground floor) has also been recently renovated.

A closed wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with the two bedrooms (beds 180 x 200).

On the terrace with its garden furniture, you can relax and unwind at the end of the day in a cosy and sheltered setting.

Special features
Pets are welcome in our smoke-free home. The property is completely enclosed by a hedge. We’re happy to provide Wi-Fi free of charge.
For tennis enthusiasts, we offer the option to book a nearby tennis facility (clay courts, 400 m away) for a weekly fee of €45 for 2 people.

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
