A holiday with a view of Husum’s Schlosspark and the historic gatehouse: our newly built holiday apartment in city centre Husum can accommodate up to four people.<br><br>Location<br>Our tastefully furnished, modern, and light-filled holiday apartment is located across from the Schlosspark. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the idyllic harbour, Husum’s city centre with its many lovely shops, and the THEO shopping centre. There are excellent, cosy restaurants and cafés in city centre, in the “Untere Neustadt” district, and at the harbour. The cinema (which still serves food and drinks!) is within walking distance. And the North Sea/Dockkoog is just a 3-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away (the sunsets are well worth it!). Husum’s train station is within easy walking distance. By train, you can reach St. Peter-Ording and Westerland/Sylt in just one hour. <br><br>Amenities<br>The holiday rental, located in a new building from 2020, offers everything you need for a relaxing North Sea holiday: a cosy, bright living room with a sofa, armchairs, cable TV with internet, Wi-Fi, a dining area, and an open-concept, high-quality kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.<br><br>One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200), and the second with two single beds. The modern bathroom (accessible from the master bedroom) is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, washer-dryer, and hair dryer. There is also a separate bathroom available.<br>On the enclosed balcony, you can relax and enjoy the view of the castle park and the castle.<br><br>Special Features<br>This is a non-smoking residence. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi free of charge. A parking space is available for your use. You can safely store and lock your bicycle in a shed. <br><br>An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.<br><br>Important note for stays in October 2026:<br>In October 2026, roof work will be taking place in the area surrounding the building. During the work, there may be occasional construction noise and other disruptions. Use of the balcony may also be temporarily restricted. The rental rate is reduced during this time.
