Location
Just 5 minutes to the beach entrance near the Südwäldchen, only 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, and 15 minutes to the train station: This cosy and stylish holiday apartment is perfectly located in a very quiet part of Westerland. You can leave your car behind and reach everything comfortably on foot.

Amenities
The approximately 70-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with only two residential units. The open-concept living area with a kitchenette offers all the amenities you need for your holiday: a cosy dining area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and all kitchen utensils, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. You can access the sunny balcony from the living area.

The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200).
An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.

The modern bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.

Special features
We warmly welcome four-legged friends to our non-smoking apartment. We’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi via the cellular network (limited data allowance). Parking is available on-site and in the surrounding area. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked in bike racks right outside the front door.
On Sylt, a visitor’s tax (€4.10 per day during peak season, €2.05 per day during the winter season) is charged and must be paid directly when your payment is due.

Für 2 Leute Top und ausreichend, für mehr nicht. Badfenster gehört mal sauber gemacht im Rahmen. An der Balkontür ist der Halter für die Tür ab. Boden am Kühlschrank sackt man ein, Laminat gebrochen. Aber sonst war alles bestens.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Sylt und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und insgesamt in einem hervorragenden, gepflegten Zustand. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die tolle Lage. Sie ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden, und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Für die Ausstattung, den Komfort und die Lage war der Preis absolut fair. Ein kleiner Hinweis als Anregung: Im Badezimmer könnten die Silikonfugen an einigen Stellen einmal erneuert werden. Außerdem gibt es im Wohnzimmer zwei kleine Stellen im Laminatboden, an denen sich die Dielen leicht auseinanderziehen. Das sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten und haben unseren Aufenthalt in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Sylt-Urlaub sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft mit guter Lage. Könnte mehr Gläser gebrauchen und Besteck. Was unpraktisch ist, dass man erst ab 16 Uhr beziehen darf. Gepäck kann vorher nicht untergestellt werden. Der Schlüssel für die Wohnung muss am Campingplatz abgeholt werden, ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg je Strecke. Wer mit Zug anreist sollte das bedenken.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. In ruhiger Wohnlage, der Strand schnell erreichbar, die Innenstadt auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Schlafcouch war nicht ganz so bequem, das haben diese Teile aber meistens so an sich. Schade war, dass die Ausstattung der Küche sehr spartanisch war. Es gab keinerlei Gewürze, kein Spülmittel, keine weiteren Müllbeutel… Teller, Besteck und Gläser waren für vier Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Man musste die Spülmaschine halbleer anstellen. Im Bad keine Seife…. Wer mit dem Auto anreist kann natürlich vorsorgen, alle anderen (wie wir) können dann Vorort alles neu einkaufen für wenige Einsätze. Aber alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, welche wir auch wieder buchen würden.

Sehr schön Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Fewo hat uns gut gefallen. Die Fotos im Inserat sind treffend. Auch die Lage ist prima, ruhiges Wohngebiet, Strandzugang innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt von Westerland gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20 Minuten). Uns haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung gefehlt: Spülmittel, Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker wären wirklich toll gewesen. So musste man im Supermarkt auch die grundlegenden Gewürze kaufen, auch wenn man nur zwei mal kochen möchte. Geschirr und Besteck waren von der Anzahl her, im Verhältnis zur Spülmaschine, knapp bemessen. Da mussten die Suppenteller schon mal zum Frühstück her. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten, ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr schnell wohl gefühlt! Etwas hellhörig ist die Wohnung, das hat aber nicht stark gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat uns am besten gefallen, die Rückerstattung, für den doch nicht mitgenommenen Hund, lief problemlos. Nur der Campingplatz für die Schlüsselübergabe wurde nicht direkt gefunden. Sonst- alles prima!
