Haus Reich - Apartment 1

This spacious 3-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor on the right side of Haus Reich. The living room offers plenty of space for everyone to relax together. A small, bright kitchen with a view of the garden is perfect for cooking. The apartment also features two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wood-look flooring in the living room and bedrooms creates a cosy atmosphere. The living area leads out to the apartment’s south-facing balcony, and you’re also welcome to use the shared garden at Haus Reich.
The apartment is ideal for both holidays with friends and family holidays with children. For the little ones, we’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair. Four-legged friends are also very welcome here.

The living room
In the living area, you can relax with your loved ones on the comfortable sofa and the armchair provided. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a CD player with a radio. You’ll find plenty of space in our dining area with a table and chairs for eating together, chatting, or playing games. There’s also a china cabinet in the living area.

The Kitchen
The kitchen offers everything you need to cook in the comfort of your own home. In addition to a refrigerator and a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher is also available. The Large Bedroom
This cosy bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed. A wardrobe also offers ample space, even for the well-equipped traveller.

The Small Bedroom
This lovely bedroom is furnished with two single beds. As in Bedroom 1, you’ll also find a closet and a place to sit here.
Both bedrooms, of course, have nightstands and bedside lamps.

The bathroom
The bright bathroom features a shower stall, a toilet, and a sink. A mirror cabinet and a vanity cabinet are provided for your toiletries.

Balcony & Garden
As a guest in Apartment 1, you can access your private balcony with seating through the living area. Adults and children can also relax and play in the property’s garden. Here you’ll find a beach chair, garden furniture, and lounge chairs.


Haus Reich is located in Westerland in a quiet residential area. From here, you can easily reach the beach and the centre of Westerland on foot or by bike. Our building, constructed in the traditional local red brick style, houses three charming holiday apartments. Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are located on the ground floor. Each can comfortably accommodate four people. On the ground floor is Apartment 4, which offers space for six people.
In addition, Haus Reich features a garden bungalow that houses a cosy apartment—Apartment 3—for two people.

For small children, we’re also happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. All three apartments have a private outdoor area. In addition, the house is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden, where all our guests are welcome to spend time and relax a bit. Your beloved four-legged friends are also very welcome.
