Available now through June 2026 at $2,500 per month, with all utilities included.

Summer Rental for 2026-
Summer rate is $2,500 per week, with a minimum stay of four weeks and this include the boat slip. The unit has two parking spots for cars only in the large parking lot. The parking lot is used by the Back Bay Boathouse which is located right next store. The parking lot can get busy on weekends and in the summer.

A private boat slip is included, suitable for boats up to 26 feet. Access requires passing under a bridge and provides direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee, making it effortless to enjoy full days on the water.
