Minutes from Shepherd U C&O bike path, and public Potomac River access (canoes, kayaks, tubes). Near Harpers Ferry and Antietam. Features eat-in kitchen, two-story deck, fire pit, patio w/ grill, soaking tub, master bedroom with loft (sleeps 4), bedroom #2 (daybed w/ pop-up trundle sleeps 2). Property is adjacent to an active railroad. Whistle can be loud. Train schedule is variable.
Walking distance to town square / German St. Numerous artisan shops and restaurants. Two blocks from Shepherds University. Blocks to public water access to the Potomac River (shallow launch like canoes, kayaks, tubes, etc.). Convenient to Harpers Ferry and Sharpsburg (Antietam Battlefield), each just 10 minutes away.
