This is a fantastic rental! Everything is in new or like new condition. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could want, including coffee and creamer. Dina, the host, is lovely and was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The apartment is in a secure, gated location close to the beaches and downtown. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Dina!

Son and I were in Jacksonville for his track meet. Check in was smooth and easy. Host was lovely and super nice. Place looks just like the pictures, very clean( spotless),beds were soft, place smelled good upon walking in. Very quiet location yet close to anything you may need(walmart, shopping, restaurants, gas stations etc.) I love the place so much I facetimed my family and friends to show them how nice the property is. Definitely staying there again! 10 out of 10

Very clean and spacious. Good kitchen, comfortable beds, and good AC. The host was very nice. I was going to be in late in the evening and she was very understanding and waited for me to arrive. She had no problems with me checking out very early as well. Thank you for having me!
