Superb 2-Bedrm Condo near main street Breckenridge. Ski in, walk or shuttle out
Ski down the 4 O'Clock run, click out at our door, and drop your boots in the ski locker — that's the whole commute. Our remodeled 2BR/2BA sits right on the run and one block off Main Street, so dinner is a walk, not a drive.
GETTING HOME ON SKIS We're directly adjacent to the 4 O'Clock run. Ski all the way down, click out at the building, and take the elevator up — no shuttle, no slog across town in ski boots. Your gear lives in a private ski locker on the ground floor instead of the living room, and there are luggage carts by the elevator for the first haul in.
GETTING OUT IN THE MORNING The Free Ride bus stops right outside the front door and runs every 15 minutes: about 5 minutes to the Snowflake lift, and it loops the whole town, so nobody has to be the designated driver. Main Street is a one-block walk.
THE CONDO Two bedrooms and two full baths, sleeping six — a king, a queen, and a Murphy bed in the guest room that folds down for the extra two. Remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, full-size fridge, coffee maker and Keurig, crockpot, and everything you need to cook a real dinner. Fireplace in the living room, washer and dryer in the unit, fast WiFi, and board games and books on the shelf by the dining table. The primary bath has a steam shower. The deck gets afternoon sun and looks straight at the mountain.
One honest note on climate: almost nothing residential in Breckenridge has air conditioning, and we're no exception — at 9,600 feet the nights do that work for you, and the windows open on both sides for a cross breeze. In winter the fireplace and baseboard heat keep it very warm.
DOWNSTAIRS Two hot tubs on the first floor, next to the elevator, shared with the other residents and open daily from 10am to 10pm.
PARKING — worth reading before you book The garage gives each condo one covered space, and it's yours for the whole stay. If you're arriving in a second vehicle, plan on one of the Town of Breckenridge overnight lots (roughly $40/night, paid through the Breck Park app). The Stephen C. West Ice Arena lot is the closest one to us and sits right on the Free Ride bus line, so a second car isn't a hassle — it just isn't at the building.
US We're Brandon and Iulia. We bought here for that run — being able to ski home instead of waiting on a shuttle changes the whole day. We're a couple of hours down I-70, so if something isn't right, text us and we'll actually fix it.

This condo is in a fabulous location - just a couple min walk from Main Street. We visited in the summertime and loved that we could hear the creek that runs through the property when we opened the windows. The property was clean and had plenty of space to accommodate our family of four.
Location was very close to Main St, we walked there everyday. The condo was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and super nice! Convenient to have a washer/dryer! Plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!! Can’t wait to come back.

About the host
Hosted by Iulia Davenport
Hi, welcome to our property. This has been a dream realized for our family. As lifelong skiers, we spent years searching for a mountain home that balanced immediate slope access with the comfort required for a multi-generational retreat. This condo is the result of that search.
We designed this space to be the ultimate basecamp for families who value their time on the snow as much as their time off it. For us, a perfect day starts with a short walk to the lifts and ends with a quiet evening overlooking Breckenridge. Perhaps after a walk to main street a block away for a diner at one of the town' quaint restaurants. We’ve curated every detail—from the high-end kitchen gear to the adjacent ski storage directly outside the front door—to solve the specific logistical headaches that come with a ski vacation.
We are excited to share our home with you. Our goal is to provide a seamless, high-agency experience that allows you to focus entirely on the mountain and your guests. We hope this home becomes the backdrop for your family’s best winter memories, just as it has for ours.
Why they chose this property
This is a prime location where the mountain meets the town. It's exactly one block from Main Street, offering immediate access to the best dining and shopping in Breckenridge, while being tucked away enough to maintain a peaceful mountain atmosphere. You can walk to everything downtown, and the Blue River is nearby. We are also directly next to one of the shuttle stops that can whisk you away to snowflake chair, or to the base of peak 9. Runs every 15 minutes during snow season. No real need to walk, though you could get to the gondola in under ten minutes if you choose.
What makes this property unique
1. The True "Ski-In" Experience Unlike many properties that claim proximity to the slopes, Sawmill Creek is a legitimate ski-in destination. At the end of your day, you take the 4 O'Clock Run directly to the complex. There is no waiting for crowded buses or trekking through the village in ski boots. You transition from the snow to your front door in seconds.
2. Immediate Access to Main Street The property sits at the intersection of mountain utility and downtown convenience. It is located exactly one block from Main Street. This means you have immediate, walkable access to Breckenridge’s premier dining, shopping, and nightlife without the noise or congestion of being directly on the strip.
3. The Snowflake Lift Proximity While the return is ski-in, the departure is equally efficient. You are a short, flat walk to the Snowflake Lift, providing a direct line to Peak 8 and Peak 9. This "hub" location allows your group to bypass the primary base area crowds during morning peak hours.
4. Optimized Logistical Design Sawmill Creek was built for skiers. The units are characterized by:
Direct External Access: Skip the elevators and hotel lobbies; your gear goes from the car or the slopes straight into your residence.
Spacious Floor Plans: Designed for families, these units offer significantly more square footage than the newer, cramped developments at the base of Peak 8.
Indoor Parking: A critical amenity in Breckenridge to avoid de-icing vehicles in sub-zero temperatures.
5. The Blue River/Mountain Aesthetic The complex manages to feel secluded despite its central location. Many units overlook the Blue River or offer views of the Tenmile Range, providing the "mountain retreat" atmosphere that guests expect from a premium Colorado vacation.
