A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while just steps from eateries, such as Mexican and Pizza joints, donuts, sub shop, gym and barber.

Directly across the street is Juniper Hills Golf Course and newly built Water Park.
2 miles to I-64, the Airport, Walmart.
