Unser Urlaub in der oberen Ferienwohnung im Wasserturm Husum hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ohne körperliche Beeinträchtigungen, sind die 37 Stufen bis zur Wohnung gut zu schaffen. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral, mit einem Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Mit Leihfahrrädern haben wir auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen die Umgebung erkundet. Unschön war die Tatsache, dass bei heftigem Regen Wasser durch die geschlossenen Fenster eingedrungen ist und speziell oben an der Treppe eine Pfütze hinterlassen hat. Auch die Beleuchtung sollte einmal kontrolliert werden, hier waren einige Lampen defekt.

Urlaub in einem Wasserturm.. ein kleines, tolles Abenteuer:-). Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Wendeltreppe in den ersten Stock ist anspruchsvoll, zumal wir unsere kleinen Hunde immer getragen haben. Aber genau so wollten wir es ja auch und es war einfach toll. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, liegt sehr zentral und wir haben den Aufenthalt und natürlich Husum genossen.

Die stilvolle, individuell wirkende Einrichtung des Turms hat mich sehr angenehm überrascht. Hierbei hat die Eigentümerin viel Geschick bewiesen. Wohnung1 bietet auch interessante Ausblicke über Husum und zur Husumer Bucht, allerdings nicht in alle Richtungen. Fazit: Obwohl ich von der unmittelbaren Umgebung wenig angetan war, lohnt es sich, hinzufahren und das Abenteuer Wasserturm selbst zu erleben.

Wir haben uns den Wasserturm ausgesucht,da wir Fans von mutigen Leuten sind,die sich solch ambitionierten Objekten stellen . Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die gute Betreuung durch die Agentur - Top Service - und über die unkomplizierte Eigentümerin, mit der wir Kleinigkeiten gut besprechen und klären könnten.
