Pool table availability (seasonal): Fall/Spring/Summer: Garage may be set up as a recreation room, with parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Two vehicles fit if the pool table is not set up. Winter: Pool table is not available so guests can park inside the garage. Flagstaff does not allow winter street parking due to snow removal.
Guest Access: You’ll enter from the rear of the building next to the garage. Access the alley from Fine Street or W Hunt Ave. A smart lock is located on the entry door—use your unique code to enter. One garage door opener will be hanging inside the garage. Please return it at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee.

In a word: stunning! My family and I have stayed at many, many VRBO rentals around the world, and this property certainly ranks in the top 3 for cleanliness, modern conveniences, and amenities! The location was ideal for both day trips to various northern Arizona "tourist sites," but also for walking to/from downtown Flagstaff for dinners, etc. We were particularly impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was ... right down to extra Glad bags for preparing picnic lunches and storing leftovers, etc.! John made the entire check-in/check-out process smooth as well! Overall, we were exceedingly pleased with this lovely modern townhouse and we look forward to staying here again!
