The cosy and well-furnished apartment “La Casita” with views onto the sea is situated in the municipality of Adeje, in the southwest of Tenerife, and is only a short drive from the beach. The 100 m² apartment extends across 2 floors and consists of a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The lovely private outdoor area boasts a balcony and an open terrace with views of the mountains and onto the sea, which invites you to have coffee in the morning or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners. The communal outdoor area offers a pool and deck chairs. A pharmacy is only 200 m away, and a supermarket, cafés and restaurants are all within a 3-minute drive. The closest sandy beach, Playa Abama, can be reached within a 17-minute drive (11 km) to San Juan. There you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the nice panorama of the bay. A golf course lies an 8-minute drive (4 km) away, the popular Siam amusement park can be visited after a 12-minute drive (13 km), and the scenic area also offers many routes for hiking or cycling. Within a one-hour drive (54 km), you will be able to reach the volcano “Pico del Teide”, and Tenerife South Airport is located a 25-minute drive (28 km) from the apartment.

nicely situated, economical and well presented

Pros: all the white goods were working Cons: no information on arrival and the keys to get in where not there. spent a long time searching and phoning ,in the rain!!! all the cushions to outside area soaking and spent 3days drying out. it needs a welcome pack of information, saying that we enjoyed the apartment. we did not use the swimming pool . the weather was always a bit cloudy unluckily.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit ausreichend Platz

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist toll und gut dimensioniert. Besonders die beiden separaten Bäder sind toll, wenn man zu viert dort wohnt. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Es war bei Ankunft sauber geputzt und dass nach einer Woche die Wäsche kpl. erneuert wurde, hat uns positiv überrascht. Kleine Anmerkung dennoch: Einige Ausstattungsdetails sollten einmal einer Prüfung unterzogen werden und ggf. repariert oder getauscht werden, da sie den Gesamteindruck schmälern. In der Summe ist die Wohnung toll und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Cons: Wie bereits geschrieben, sind div. Details nicht mehr intakt oder verbraucht. Nichts gravierendes , aber störend.

sehr schöne und große Fewo in guter Lage, sehr zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, bietet viel Platz und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Im großzügigen Wohnbereich befinden sich eine schöne Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, ein Eßtisch, gemütliche Couch mit Tisch, Sat-TV und ein Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Meer und Palmen. Vermißt haben wir lediglich ein Backblech für den Ofen (ein Rost ist vorhanden) sowie Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine. Zur Verfügung stehen 2 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad, Dusche, WC sowie zusätzlich ein separates WC. Auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen kann man den Tag gemütlich mit Blick auf La Gomera und den Sonnenuntergang im Meer ausklingen lassen. Der hauseigene Pool befindet sich nur wenige Meter entfernt auf dem Nachbargrundstück in einem schön angelegten Garten. Die Fewo liegt etwas erhöht auf einem Hügel, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist vom Flughafen Süd gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Supermärkte in Adeje und auch zu den Orten Playa de las Americas, Los Christianos mit weißen Stränden, Geschäften, Restaurants und Flaniermeilen ist es nur ein kleines Stück weiter. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und freundlich. Es war auch kein Problem ohne Aufpreis 2 Stunden später auszuchecken. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder (Mai 2024)

Bonita y cómoda propiedad para días de descanso

Pros: Su amplitud para 3 personas, habitación principal con buena luz y baño, cocina equipada y acogedora sala, terraza y azotea superior con buenas vistas y piscina silenciosa y limpia en un entorno muy agradable y privado. Cons: Ruido nocturno de coches/motos en autovía cercana al alojamiento (imposible mejorar) y mejorar calidad de colchones/almohadas/sofá para una mejor estancia, nada grave.

Toller Blick und ruhig gelegen

Pros: Der Pool war schön und immer sauber. Ein Parkplatz neben dem Haus ist sehr praktisch. Es ist schon toll, wenn man keinen Parkplatz suchen muss. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab viel Stauraum in den Schränken/Kommoden. 2 Bäder und eine Gäste-Toilette war prima für eine Familie. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Cons: Wir hätten uns eine Gästeinfo-Mappe gewünscht. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Normalerweise reicht es wohl, wenn man Nachts die Fenster öffnet. Zu unserer Zeit (August) hat das nichts bewirkt. Wir haben uns einen Ventilator gekauft, dann war es auszuhalten.

Comfortabel ruim appartement.

Pros: Het was een ruim comfortabel verblijf, fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn. Prima bedden en ruime keuken. Vriendelijke host. Cons: Er was geen enkele uitleg of toelichting. Zo konden we het zwembad niet vinden en wisten we niet waar we het afval heen konden brengen en of we het afval konden scheiden. Ook een beetje jammer dat het zwembad niet direct aan het appartement was maar het zwembad was wel een heerlijke plek. En als we vragen hadden konden we de host appen.

Top Lage mit Meerblick !

Pros: Das Haus war für uns 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Schlafzimmer mit anliegenden Bädern super und modern eingerichtet. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr schön und auch modern eingerichtet. Allerdings waren die Sitzmöbel schon etwas durchgesessen. Tolle Küche! Super Dachterrasse! Schöner Privatpool (:)) Cons: -,-
