I selected this property because it had a hot tub. When we arrived, it was off and very cold. We followed the instructions that were given to us to heat the spa. I contact the host. He said turn it up to 104 which we already had done. All weekend the heater never works so we never got to use the hot tub. It was very disappointing. The communication back to us about the non-functioning heater was very minimal.
