Great property, very clean, perfect size for a couple to stay in. We would definitely stay here again as it suited all our needs. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars and would suggest to the owners/property management that would make it even better would be the following. 1) Have 2 beach chairs your guests can bring to the beach. It is quite expensive toreent one each day. Also, maybe send the link to rent a beach chair a week before your guests depart so the days are not all filled up before they even get there. However we were able to go down to the beach the day of and they had a few chairs they had held back for guest who show up day of and want to rent one. 2) Have better TV options. Have the ability for your guests to get onto their personal TV apps such at Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Paramount etc 3) Have the property management people have a good look over the property before a guest comes. We tried to sit out on the porch and there was a big wasps nest up in the corner. Luckily my husband was able to knock it down for us. Other than that, this property was amazing. It was so quiet, close to the grocery store. It was about a 2.4 mile ride to the beach/pool area but we didn't mind....however if you stayed in the main house and had lots of people you definitely would want a golf cart as your on the upper end of Watercolor and the beach and driving a car and trying to find a parking place is a zoo!
