Kindly note: This is a traditional 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. The “second bedroom” refers to the sleeping area set up in the main living space, where the additional Full Size Bunk Bed is located and fully visible.

Sleeping setup includes:

• 2 Full Size Bunk Beds (4 Full Beds total)
• 1 Twin Air Mattress

You’ll also find:

🚗 Valet Parking
• One parking space included with 24/7 valet service

Please note: Only one vehicle is covered under this reservation. The valet garage does not allow a second vehicle. If bringing another car, nearby street parking and paid daily parking lots are available.

Vehicles not permitted in the valet garage include:
- Cars with breathalyzers, unsafe controls, or faulty brakes
- Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, 10+ passenger vehicles, or any vehicle exceeding the 6`8 height limit
- Dually or service trucks with extra-wide wheels, lockers, or containers
- Vehicles lifted aftermarket or fitted with oversized custom rims/tires
- Motorcycles or tricycles that do not operate with car-style controls

For all VRBO reservations, a $300 security deposit is required in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. This hold will be placed 5 days prior to your check-out date and will be released 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or issues reported at the property.

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
