The host was great and provided very timely responses. The beds were very comfortable. The house smelled of mildew, the couches smelled and need cleaning, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, and the lock on the front door is not properly aligned so locking and unlocking proved difficult.
House was incredable !!! The fenced in yard was great for our dog. This was the first time we did anything like this, the experience was great !!!

This was my first ever time booking with VRBO. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. This property was filthy. The bed in the master had hair and dirt on the sheets. The sheets were so thin you could see through them. The mattress had holes in it, we could not even sleep on it. The floors were so dirty my white socks were so dirty I was disgusted. The deck is falling apart. The check in was terrible! I had to call the property manager multiple times because the lock wasn’t working. But to top things off when I called to tell him the property was so dirty he said he would reach out to have the cleaning people come back they never showed up and he never communicated with me until I reached out over 24 hours later and he said he was still waiting for them to reach out!
Nice property and close to everything. House was clean and ready for use upon arrival. Comfortable beds.Would stay again.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay We are excited to have you back with us for another memorable visit.
My sister and I came to see my son who is stationed at Ft Campbell. The house was easy to find, and we were able to get checked in without any problem. The house was clean and plenty of towels and such, the beds were super comfy. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we come back to the area.

The house is nice and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for being able to prepare meals while staying. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The floors and fans in the other rooms need a good dusting. Overall, it was a great trip & I'd stay here again.

Fantastic guests. Easy to be around. Respected all the rules. We hope they book us again!
This was a comfortable place to stay and visit our son and his family. The three beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. The backyard was nice and big although there was dog poop laying around. The couches reclined and were very comfortable. It was a good house to stay in at a decent price. No big bells and whistles but it did the job.
The house was nice and worked for us for our time there. There were a few cleanliness issues that I made the property manager aware of.
It would be nice if there was a table in the living room between the couches as well as a second nightstand in the bedrooms but we made do.
The house is nice but is in need of some repairs/updates so if you are looking for a fresh remodeled house this may not be the property for you.
The rental company was absolutely amazing to work with and answered all of my questions as well as checked on us after check in

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It is very close to several grocery stores and the delivery options was quite large. Most of the interior looks to have been recently redone and the furniture provided was very comfortable. If I had to list any negatives, one would be that the electronic lock was difficult at times to open and lock the door. That also could be "user error" on my part. Any other negatives were out side of the owner's control (motorcycles reving loudly / racing on the main road.If you are looking to stay in Clarksville, and motel / hotels do not provide you enough space for your family to spread out and have room or privacy for themselves, this is definately the way to go. Will try to book again for our next trip.

This property is an older home managed by a local realty company. The lock on the door was not the best and took a bit to get the door to actually lock. It kept sticking and the door would faux lock, meaning the door was still open. After we made it in, we were appalled to find that the main piece of furniture-the beds- were riddle with dog hair. Not sure what a pet fee is for if it is not used to CLEAN up after an animal has been in the home, but I found that to be utterly disgusting. I mean, it did not look like anyone ever came in to change sheets! Just like a dog slept in the beds and they made them back up. The sheets were so worn lint balls were on them. Mind you, we traveled with our dog as well, so I have nothing against animals. We sent pics to the realty company and received an “oh we will speak with our cleaners”. And I use cleaners lightly. The towels were old as well, different colors and an old box of Lever 2000 was placed on them. The shower curtain was very dingy as well. Now, I won’t say that the entire home was deplorable, but a renovation is needed. There were mouse traps behind the fridge as well. Not a great sign but we did not see Mr. Jingles during our stay. Thank God. Only two couches in the living room and literally like a tv and a bed in each room. No end tables, no lamps, nothing on the wall but a mirror. I would strongly suggest that this realty company seek ideas from comparable Vrbo’s. We bought a lamp and batteries for the fire alarms.
Overall I enjoyed our stay. When we first arrived the house hadn’t been cleaned at all. We would have had to stay in a hotel that night if two of the beds weren’t left unused by the previous guests, so at least we had somewhere to sleep. But the property managers communication was quick and we got it taken care of. It had everything we needed. The backyard was great and the neighborhood quiet.
