Neue und angenehme Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist eine von drei in einem modernen Haus, das nur 3 Minuten Spaziergang vom Laboe Hafen entfernt liegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, man sollte sicher gehen, ob Bettwäsche und Handtücher in der Buchung enthalten sind.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit top Lage an den Häfen. Im Haus selber hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Zentrale Lage

Das Objekt befindet sich in sehr guter Lage von Laboe. Es ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Lediglich im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern kann es abends von der Straße durch Autos oder Fußgänger lauter werden. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Zauberhaft!

Das Objekt besticht durch ein modernes Design mit liebevoll integrierten Referenzen zum offenbar früher genutzten Zweck des Grundstücks ("Altes Stallfenster" etc). Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und geschmackvoll. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern: sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit ... und selbst, wenn man als Urlauber mal einen Fehler macht (versehentlich offen gelassene Tür zur Terrasse, wird nicht der Stab über einen gebrochen!) Es ist alles da, was man heutzutage so Standard nennt. WLAN (welches wirklich tadellos funktioniert!), Geschirrspüler etc. ... um es kurz zu machen ... es ist, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Und in echt wirkt alles noch viel besser, als auf den Fotos. Hinzu kommt die perfekte Lage ... kurzum, wir waren begeistert!

Schönes Haus, sehr gepflegt

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Da wir im Urlaub typischerweise nicht kochen sondern die lokale Gastromie nutzen, kam uns die Lage sehr entgegen. Die Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Einen Punkt, der aber nichts mit dem Haus zu tun hat, müssen wir anmerken: wofür die Gemeinde Laboe ganze 2,50 EUR Kurtaxe pro Person und Tag erhebt, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen als Familie im Haus 3 Kinder 2 Er.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Hafen und Strand in einer Seitenstraße sehr still. Die Schlüssel Übergabe war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und neu eingerichtet Im Dachgeschoss ist ein Schlafzimmer mit TV im mittleren Bereich befindet sich ein Bett und ein Doppelbett welches etwas schmaler ist und unten ist der Wohnbereich mit einem 2 Sitzsofa. Leider hatten wir etwas Probleme mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung . Es befand sich überall Staub auf Fenstergriffen Schlafzimmerlampen eigentlich alle Lampen die es im Haus gibt. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher waren total verkalkt und schmutzig.( Wurde dann aber sofort in eine neue umgetauscht.) Es funktionierte nur 1 TV Gerät da bei der andere Fernbedienung die Batterien ausgelaufen waren. Angebrochene Lebensmittel wie Ketschup und ein Glas Senf standen im Schrank. Vielleicht sind wir etwas pingelig aber ich finde gerade jetzt in der Corona Zeit muß alles sauber sein. Ein Tischgrill gibt es allerdings keine Steckdose draußen wir fanden es etwas schade da wir auch gerne grillen. Wir waren 14 Tage dort doch leider war dieses Jahr der Sommer nicht der beste.

Alles prima!

Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Haushälfte ist sehr geräumig und modern, ideal für Familien. Die Lage direkt am Hafen und nur wenige Meter von Promenade und herrlichem Strand ist optimal. So macht Urlaub Spaß!

So geht Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit kurzen Wegen zum Hafen, Ort, Strand, Essen und Einkauf. Die Hausküche ist, wie das Haus selbst, sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit drei Terrassen gibt es die Sonne rund um die Uhr. Schneller und hilfsbereiter Service bei Fragen. 👍

Wunderschöne, geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Handtuch- und Wäschepaket kostete € 30,00 pro Person. Wir hatten in dem Haus die mittlere Wohnung gemietet. Die Einrichtung war einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Haus liegt fußläufig wenige Minuten zum Schiffsanleger und zu Restaurants und Geschäften...

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht für die Urlaubstage. Einzig das Badezimmer im EG ist im Gegensatz zu dem im 1. OG etwas beengt aber für die Ferienzeit völlig ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Auch wenn kein Badewetter war, kann man jeden Tag durch Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Rad oder auch Ausflüge mit dem Pkw, sehr schön gestalten. Dieses Urlaubsziel und auch das Objekt selbst empfehlen wir gern weiter. Fam. William/Schunke und Fam. Sommer

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Vermieter, Frau Hildebrandt und Herr Wolter, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die FeWo Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würde es auch gerne noch einmal buchen. Vielen Dank für alles!
