The property features two private cabins with bathrooms and kitchens surrounding the pool, and one big comfortable house with a roof deck, two private bedrooms, a dormitory with bunkbeds for four, with 1.5 bathrooms. The air conditioning in the cabins and private rooms keep the atmosphere comfortable no matter the season, and with spacious common areas around the pool and at the yoga deck, guests have to opportunity to share meals and activities together. Nestled just above Cabo Blanco National Park, world class beaches and surfing are accessible on both sides of the Nicoya peninsula from this location, with Santa Teresa @20 minutes away, Montezuma beach 10 minutes away, Cabo Blanco trail heads@20 minutes away, Curú Wildlife Refuge @30 min. Other available activities include fishing or snorkeling trips by boat to Isla Tortuga/ Quesera Beach area out of Tambor (20minutes), or fishing out of Mal Pais to Isla Cabo Blanco area (30 minutes away). Quad and surfboard rentals, or Surfing, Spanish, or Yoga group or private coaching is available. Groups can either cook for themselves in the private kitchens, walk to several local restaurants, or arrange for onsite catering for up to three meals a day. Owners live on the property in separate private houses.
