Cosy 2-room holiday apartment, approx. 45 m², for up to 4 people. <br><br>This ground-floor holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to the beach. <br><br>Kitchen/dining/living area: Newly renovated living area with TV and separate dining nook. The bright kitchenette is equipped with a cosy bar. The sleeper sofa sleeps two people. South-facing sun terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture.<br><br>Bathroom: Bright shower room with a toilet and natural light.<br><br>Bedroom: The cosy bedroom features a double bed (160 cm) and a large window. <br><br>Location: A small, quiet holiday rental located very close to the beach. It’s just a few steps to the beach in Wenningstedt.<br><br>Pets: Not allowed<br><br>Non-smoking apartment<br><br>Parking: Yes<br><br>The living and dining areas of this holiday home have been lovingly modernised and furnished with new furniture and decorative items (as of February 2023).

Auf der schönen großen Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb haben wir uns sehr gerne aufgehalten,
die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet,
die Wohnung war mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, farblich sehr schön.
Auch die Abwicklung mit der Vermietung lief völlig problemlos.
Wir haben uns in den 2 1/2 Wochen sehr gut erholt!

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit Terrasse/Garten. Nah zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene, insbes. Küche und Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Schlafzimmerschrank hat keine Schubladen und nur 2 Regalfächer, die bei geringerer Körpergröße schlecht zu erreichen sind. Das Bett ist neu und sehr bequem. Das Sofa eher unbequem und hart. Es gibt leider keinen Spiegel, in dem man sich wenigstens bis zur Hüfte anschauen kann. Wer mit Abstrichen bei der Inneneinrichtung urlauben kann, findet hier eine Wohnung genau richtig für 2 Personen.
