Gute Lage, urig, gemütlich. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nun sind Hunde erlaubt! Juhuu! Wir haben einen gut erzogenen kleinen Beagel und freuen uns sehr, diese Wohnung nun wieder buchen zu können. Der Agenturwechsel war zudem eine sehr gute Entscheidung! :-) Für uns war es nicht relevant, aber für Buchungen im Sommer: der Platz im Garten ist nicht wirklich erkennbar und der Garten an sich könnte ein wenig Liebe gebrauchen. Super fand ich das Angebot, der "Lückenschließerpreise". Tolle Agentur! Sympathisch, keine Abzockermentalität. Wir kommen seit Jahren 2-3 mal im Jahr auf die Insel und haben schon viele Erfahrungen.

Keitum ist insgesamt ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Die Lage des Friesenhauses ist gut. Leider gibt es im Erdgeschoss Dauermieter, die ca. 2x pro Woche spät abends (zwischen 22-24 Uhr während der Nachtruhe) die Türen extrem laut zuschlagen, was auf ein hohes Potenzial an Aggressivität hinweist. Alle Türen im Haus haben leider keine Türdichtungen (Gummis), was in diesem Fall jedoch auch nichts geholfen hätte. Tagsüber passierte dies auch hin und wieder. Die Wohnung an sich hat uns gut gefallen. Was jedoch unverständlich war, dass man vor die Garagen des Hauses eine große Spiderman-Figur platziert hat, die so gar nicht zum Haus und auch nicht zu Keitum passt.
