• Remove sheets and blankets from the sofa sleeper • Stack all dirty towels in pile • Extra fees if the unit has been left excessively dirty, excess of dog hair, or additional trash disposal

Perfect location for us in our two for children. Directly across the street on the public access for the beach. Walking distance to a convenient store and an Asian restaurant a relatively close for anything else that you might need. Since this is a brand new rental unit it was lacking a few things. There were no potholders, wine, glasses, or ice trays (the freezer does not have an automatic icemaker.). The curtains in the living area and main bedroom do not cover the glass completely and the location of the lockbox is a little awkward, other than working out those minor kinks, this was a very enjoyable stay. I recommend and will definitely book again!

Absolutely terrible! Furniture is old and smells, only one lamp in entire unit but it didn’t have a bulb, ceiling fan had exposed light bulb which made it hurt your eyes, washer and dryer don’t work (they don’t even turn on), front door is a sliding glass door with a flimsy lock that doesn’t stay locked, no toiletries, no iron AND LASTLY THE ELECTRICITY WAS TURNED OFF DUE TO HOST NOT PAYING AFTER FLORIDA POWER HAD TRIED CONTACTING THEM FOR MONTHS! We woke up on our second night to 80 degrees temperature. We tried contacting host but they were “out of town” so nothing was done on their part. We contacted Florida Power and were given all the details on why we had no power. It would take two days to restore. My 10yr old got nauseous from the heat and threw up. Our dog got sick as well. We had to go to our car to cool off. VRBO told us we could not get a refund since we were willing to just cut our trip short. Instead we were put up in a hotel down the street. This took half of our day and only added stress to what should have been a day for us to relax since we’re on vacation. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and the “host” should find a different stream of income. They are not cut out for this type of business.

We are disturbed by your review and have had no other guests share any of these complaints. After personally checking the unit, I have confirmed these statements are COMPLETELY FALSE and INACCURATE. We have been hosts in the short term rental business and premiere hosts for over 7 years. The reason you were not given a refund was there were no known facts to support your allegations.
