Less than a mile from Ski Roundtop, this remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect ski and snowboard basecamp. Wake up, gear up, and be on the slopes in minutes... then return to your private 4 acre retreat to relax by the fireplace. The bright, open floor plan features all new flooring, paint, windows, and siding, plus a fully stocked modern kitchen for easy breakfasts before first chair and cozy dinners after a full day on the mountain. Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, and start your mornings at the coffee bar complete with a traditional coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and milk frother. Sleeping up to 10 with a king suite (with TV), two queen rooms, and a bunk room with two bunk beds (4 twin beds), there’s space for the whole crew. Dedicated space for unloading ski/snow gear, a 75 inch Roku TV in the living room, off-street parking for 3–4 cars, and a peaceful, private setting make this the ideal spot to enjoy the slopes and unwind comfortably.

- If something is missing, broken, or you need help in any way, please message the Host so that they can address the problem for you ASAP.
- No smoking.
- Please Note: Child-friendly does not mean the area is child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
Other random, and sometimes weird, information and requests.
- The property is on 4+ acres but there are neighbors you can see.
- This property requires stairs to access.
- Do not rinse any food or grease down the kitchen (any) sink drain.
- The septic system would appreciate it if you do not flush any trash, paper towels, "flushable" wipes, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, diapers, or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet.
- During ski season the road out front can be very busy, please be mindful and aware when turning or backing out into the road.
- Please lock the doors on your way out.
- Damage Protection: This option is turned on and is optional for your booking. Our guests have been amazing and we've never had any problems with damage. If you select "no" for Damage protection...that also means, that by booking with us you are agreeing to pay for any damages we find when you leave; this will occur as an additional charge. And, yes, we would message you immediately if we find something amiss. Again, just an FYI; we don't expect any issues!
- Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- The parking area is stone and the path to the home can be muddy at times depending on the weather. We have rugs outside and inside the front door for your use. No shoes inside the house. Please be mindful of the flooring ~ bring slippers :)
- Water: Rural mountain homes are different than a home in the city. Most homes in the area get their water from a well which means the pressure isn't as high as city water. Our well water has proven wonderful and we have a UV water filtration system... we drink from the tap!
-We have 3 permitted Audio/Visual camera locations In the exterior of the house
These cameras are for everyone's safety and are only viewed in extreme circumstances- Your Privacy Is Respected.

Rear corner facing the parking area side of the property.
Rear corner facing the fruit tree side of the property.
