Great beach access and views, There are two balconies (one on the west accessed thru a bedroom, and the wrap-around facing south and west) spacious, and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The road along the beach has a convenient walking and bike lane. The only complaints would be the slow elevator (which broke down but was quickly repaired), we didn't use the pool, but we heard the heater wasn't working. It was north of the bldg, in the shade, so it would be cold, esp with the wind.

The penthouse was perfection! We enjoyed our week in the area and had everything we needed. Parking was a bit of a nightmare during construction, but hopefully with that done now, it is a non-issue. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and the living room provided plenty of seating for us while relaxing and watching movies at night. The provided beach towels, cooler, and such made packing for our flight so easy. The beach was great too as it's not so crowded that you have to get out there early to get "your spot." My husband and I could relax from our chairs and still see our kids in the water because there weren't rows and rows of people blocking our view. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Beautiful location on the beach. Property is just as shown. Lots of little extras in the unit such as snacks on arrival and adorable towel animals. Closet has everything needed for the beach. Would definitely stay again!

A very enjoyable stay, property was in beautiful condition- and the patio areas had amazing views of both beach and the inter coast area as well. Beds were so comfortable in all the rooms. The available beach chairs and equipment was an excellent amenity for our family. Hope to be back soon!!

We use VRBO for our travel needs and this condo was spectacular! In fact, was the nicest rental we have experienced. Ocean front, spacious and so comfortable. Beautiful place with stunning views

The property was beautiful. We had a relaxing week enjoying the condo, sitting on the deck taking in the view and even saw dolphins almost every day! We really enjoyed the supply closet full of everything you need for a great day on the beach. Seriously, all you need to pack is clothes, everything else is provided. We had a relaxing week and I would highly recommend this property for families or a getaway with friends!

Loved the condo! The location is spectacular. We’ll stocked with beach toys, chairs etc. would consider having a pack and play. We had a 1 year old grandchild it would have been great to have but not a deal breaker. Thank you for sharing your home! Will definitely consider staying here again.
