This property absolutely lived up to its listing. It was in pristine condition and had a lot of little touches that surprised and delighted (a coffee maker that could take loose grounds and/or k-pods—everybody wins!). The location is very tough to beat if you’re looking to be in the White Mountains with easy access to Franconia.Finally, the host was almost eerily accessible and responsive to any random questions. This unit is clearly very well-managed.TLDR: 5 stars, no notes.

Perfect house for gathering 4 families together including 5 kids ages 12-16. The house was even better than we expected - extremely clean and had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. The decor was very nice, and beds, pillows, couches, etc were very comfortable. The hot tub, video games and community pool were all great. Greg was great to work with, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was immaculate and well equipped. There are plenty of dishes and glasses, etc. The host was always accessible when we had questions. There is one towel per person, but there is a washer/dryer so if you don’t mind doing laundry one towel is plenty and you do not need to bring more. There are lots of throw blankets around to cozy up with after a long day outdoors. The pool and club house is lovely and ½ mile away. There are only two spaces to park cars at the rental, and no street parking, so extra cars must be parked at the club house. It’s great to bring bikes for moving around. I also biked into town several times and on the Franconia Notch Trail. There are many hiking trails, a great water park, scenic car rides, lots of nice restaurants, most notable is the Common Man at the entrance to the neighborhood. If you’re going with a crowd, this is definitely a great place to sleep lots of people. We had 6 kids and 3 pairs of adults and it worked out great.

Everything was as described. This property was new, very clean, very comfortable, and we are thankful that we got to spend a week here. We have been going to Lincoln for a few years now (Spring/summer) for our family vacations; this condo was the best unit we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room, no one was bumping into each other, we all slept very comfortably, bathrooms are huge, and they had plenty of appliances to feel like home. The unit has a hot tub, grill, and a stage 2 car charger, which was a great touch! The condo is in a big, clean development, just a little off of the Kancamagus, far enough away so you don't hear the traffic, but everything was just 5 minutes away, perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet, and our kids roamed on their rollerblades with no concerns. Highly recommended; we will be booking again!
