Overall house was clean. Needs some updating and some fresh paint. Needs more usable pots and pans, maybe a griddle. Pans looked dirty and very old. Beds were comfortable, plenty of furniture and room. Our boys loved the talking deer head. Felt like we were on a Griswald family vacation!

We enjoyed the location, the amenities at the house and the sports club were great on rainy days.

We enjoyed the location, the amenities at the house and the sports club were great on rainy days. We would definitely like to cone back. We loved working with your team. When we explained that we weren't able to go your office on check out we were able to leave the keys with you instead. That was very helpful. We also appreciated your help with the wifi issue when we first checked into the house .

The process with picking up and dropping off keys is very inconvenient, it's a 20 min drive. The house is specious with 4 bathrooms. Kitchen is a nice size, but very little cookware and the ones that were there are really old. Grill didn't have thongs, so we bought them and left them for the next guests. Bring your body wash, shampoo/conditioner because that was not provided. Also, had to buy garbage bags and pods for a dishwasher, because only "starter kit" was provided. Starter kit include 1 garbage bag and 1 dishwasher pods. Sheets on our beds very not clean. One vedroom sheets had stains, another bedroom's pillow smelled like aftershave. We also had to get laundry detergent, very little was left and we used it to clean all of our sheets. We visit New Hampshire often, and never had issues with no AC houses, but this one really needs one upstairs. I don't know if it was a heat from the attic/roof, but it was really hot in the upstairs bedrooms. They do rent additional ACs, they are 25 a night. In one of the mornings while we were enjoying quiet morning a mower stoped by, and mowed the lawn roght around us, that was really awkward. The location of the house is great, quiet road, no close houses/neighbors. 5 minutes from the "main road" with restaurants, Price Choper and a library. Many other attractions also close by.

The photos do no justice for the size of this house. There were five of us staying for a week and it was PLENTY spacious enough! It’s very well equipped, clean and very close to everything. We’re definitely hoping to stay here again.
