One pet possible with host's permission and $300.00 pet fee will apply.
House Rules:
1) Guest's minimum booking age must be 25 years, must show proof of a valid ID when asked. Violations: no refunds, reservation termination, eviction from the property.
2) We have a non-smoking policy. Deep cleaning fee of $1500 will be charged for any violations, no exceptions.
3) Kindly requesting to please treat our home as if it was your own. We do not allow shoes in the house to maintain hygiene and ensure high cleanliness standard.
4) Maximum vacation duration: We do not offer stays beyond 28 nights.
5) Guest will be responsible for any damage(beyond damage deposit) to the rental property caused by you or your party during the stay.
Other things to note:
1) No onsite EV charger.
2) At the end of each stay, house is deep cleaned by professional cleaners.
3) Security devices: cameras - Street facing(driveway, doorbell, side-garage),Deck and Backyard. Deck and backyard cameras are covered during stays. Street facing cameras stay on for security with audio+video recording turned on, however, Operator does not provide professional security monitoring services so guests cannot rely on these services.
4) Two Minut noise level and smoke monitoring devices are installed. One device is located in the hallway and another in Living room.
