This spacious, 80 m² duplex holiday rental accommodates 4–6 people. Free parking is available right next to the house. Bicycles and similar items can be stored in the lockable shed next to the parking space.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the light-filled living/dining area. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be pulled out on the lower level to provide two additional beds. The apartment has two bathrooms with showers and toilets.

There is also a shared laundry room in the building with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

A 10 m² furnished balcony invites you to relax. The shared garden is also available for use. The holiday apartment is within walking distance of Grömitz’s fine-sand beach.
