We had an enjoyable stay at David's property which was clean, well appointed and very conveniently located for a quick Destin area fishing trip. David was a responsive and friendly host.

The host was very responsive and nice. The place was very clean, however it had a strong smell of cigarettes, even though there is a no smoking sign on the wall. Almost like a long time smoker used to live there and the smell is lingering. Patio area adds a nice touch if you wanted to sit outside, however, its a small yard so your only view is some wooden fences. We stayed here because we brought a boat and needed somewhere that would allow enough parking for truck and trailer. It was in close proximity to everything we needed including boat launches and restaurants. We would most definitely stay here again if available for our next trip to the area.

We appreciate your support and useful feedback. Our location is a big advantage and we thank you for pointing it out. The cigarette smell is something the we have been dealing with since January which is when we had to evict a tenant. We are going to redirect our efforts to eliminate this as an issue once and for all.
