This spacious, approximately 60 m2 non-smoking apartment combines modern comfort with elegant, rustic charm. In the elegant living area, restored ceiling beams, a natural wood dining area, and a cosy bioethanol fireplace define the rustic ambiance. The high-quality furnishings include real wood parquet flooring, fine linen fabrics, and a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and small appliances. A flat-screen TV, Bluetooth radio, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and convenience. The apartment features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds—as well as a newly renovated bathroom with a shower. A highlight is the huge, secluded balcony with a sunroom spanning the entire width of the suite, which invites you to relax in the evening. From both inside and outside, you’ll enjoy a direct view of the goat pastures. The guest garden, complete with a grill, fire pit, and playground, offers additional opportunities for relaxation. This allergy-friendly accommodation is perfect for 2 to 4 people (up to 5 people with a toddler); we’re happy to provide a cot and high chair. Pets are not allowed. The deposit is 30% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: None. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee.
