Our spacious first-floor holiday rental offers plenty of room for a relaxing holiday across 110 m2—ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, a light-filled living area with satellite TV, and three comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are each uniquely designed: one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and the third with a double bed and a single bed—perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. The modern bathroom features a shower, and the separate toilet is located elsewhere. Two private balconies—one accessible from the living area, the other from the sleeping area—invite you to linger and enjoy the magnificent views. Welcome to our idyllically situated holiday farm—your haven of well-being in the heart of the Bavarian Forest! Upon arrival, you’ll receive the aktivCard Bayerischer Wald—completely free of charge and with numerous included benefits for your holiday. Surrounded by meadows and forests, far away from traffic, you can enjoy peace, nature, and pure relaxation here with us. The charming holiday village of Sankt Englmar is only about 5 km away and easily accessible. Our guesthouse is the perfect starting point for numerous recreational and sports activities: Right in the surrounding area, you’ll find beautiful hiking trails, varied mountain bike routes, a summer toboggan run, the fascinating treetop walk, as well as perfectly groomed ski slopes and toboggan runs. Our cosy, well-appointed holiday apartments offer you comfort with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, a full set of kitchen utensils, shower/toilet, satellite TV, radio, and a balcony. For moments of relaxation, we also offer a sauna (for a fee), a lounge with a play area, a table tennis room, a sunny terrace with a barbecue pit, a large playground with a trampoline, and free Wi-Fi—families, active holidaymakers, and those seeking relaxation will find exactly what they’re looking for here. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You’ll receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: The tourist tax of 2.30 EUR per person/night (ages 16 and up) and 1.40 EUR per person/night (ages 6–15) will be charged on site. Payment is due in cash upon arrival or, upon request, in advance via bank transfer. Up to 4 pets are allowed for a fee of 35 EUR per pet. The communal pool is available only during the summer months from June through August. The apartments are not wheelchair accessible. There is no lift. Electric car charging (0.50 EUR/kW) will be billed on-site based on usage. Sauna (bookable separately, for private use): 15 EUR per use (3 hours). A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
