This space features a cozy queen bed, a twin sleeper sofa, fully functional kitchen and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. You will enjoy a comfortable environment with fast Wi-Fi, a large-screen TV, DVD player and heating and air conditioning to suit any season. There is also a private covered deck with a BBQ and fire pit for relaxing mountain evenings. Guests are also welcome to bring 1 smaller dog (see Vrbo app for pet rules).

With access to on-site laundry this space is equipped for both long or short stays to make your getaway one to remember. Perfectly situated between the town and the park and just 15 minutes from Kaweah Lake (for fishing, boating and water sports) make this studio your home-base for all your mountain adventures.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all used dishes and place in drying rack on the counter. Drying rack is located under the sink.
Throw all trash away into the trash bins located near the storage shed. Grey is for trash, blue is recycle. On occasion, the bins may be located at the street for pick-up.
Turn off the heater or AC and close all window blinds before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep pets off furniture, pick up waste, and do not leave pets unattended unless crated. Excess cleaning/damage may result in additional charges
