Our family loves staying on Big Island. We love this development, and this unit was great, especially because the resort access (normally a supplementary fee) and a complimentary mid-week turndown are already included in the rate. The host (Mauna Kea Residences) was warm and kind, and the property manager Brendan was extremely helpful. Also love the view of the road up to Waimea.Coming out of Hurricane Lala and heading into Tropical Storm Moke, they were communicative in securing the the lanai furniture, and keeping us abreast if we were to have to move to the hotel (luckily we didn't). The unit is great for 3 adults, and we loved the sunrise and sunset from the lanai. Would definitely return!
