Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do Not leave Heat/AC on while windows are left open. Heating/Cooling units will burn out and you will be charged high fees for replacing them if this instance occurs.
Dishes Must be rinsed clear of dried foods and placed in dishwasher with the Dish Cycle started prior to departure.
Trash can be taken outside. Please NOTIFY HOST of CHECK OUT TIME when leaving the premises.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
