Small vacation apartment with a separate entrance on its own property, in a quiet yet central location surrounded by greenery, with a terrace and patio furniture (barbecue available), first floor, free Wi-Fi, combined living and sleeping area with two single beds (90x200; can also be pushed together), modern built-in kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, two-burner stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle, table with 2 bar stools, shower and toilet with modern sink

Last renovated in March 2025, non-smoking home with designated smoking area,
Bakery, butcher, several discount stores, ice cream shop, and restaurant

4-minute walk to the central bus and tram stop (13 min. to the city harbor and downtown via public transit), to the main train station, to the zoo, and the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde is very easily accessible via the public transit network (short travel times)
approx. 18 minutes to Markgrafenheide Beach, Rostock Nord exit from the A19, approx. 1.5 km

Starting September 1, 2023, the Hanseatic City of Rostock will charge a visitor’s tax of 3.70 euros per person per day; you’ll receive your visitor’s card directly from the property owner upon arrival after paying the fee, Free public transportation available with the visitor’s card

Sehr ruhige , schöne Ferienwohnung, ideal zum Entspannen . Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön gestaltet mit sehr viel Grün und Blumen, sodass wir uns da sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Da die Anlage aus mehreren kleinen , separaten Ferienwohnungen besteht, kann man durchaus netten Anschluss finden. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub, der leider viel zu schnell vorbei war.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Nur die Dusche mit Duschvorhang ist sehr unpraktisch. In ruhiger Wohngegend.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Unterkunft war super sauber und modern eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es war alles da, was man braucht, sogar ein Karten- und ein Kniffel Spiel. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit kleinem Goldfisch Teich und vielen kleinen Ecken wo man sich gemütlich entspannen kann. Selten eine so liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft gehabt. Es gibt absolut nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen sie gern an unsere Freunde weiter. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen. Liebe Grüße Ulbricht/Thelemann
