The small holiday home "Segelboot" is located in the seaside resort of Warnemünde on Alexandrinenstrasse. This small street, lined with charming captains’ houses, is set back one block from the bustling Alter Strom, with its fishing boats, sightseeing steamers, shops, cafés, and seafood restaurants. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a small holiday home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The approximately 30 m² of living space can accommodate 2 people. The beach and the Baltic Sea are just 200 m from the front door. Enjoy your holiday in our “Segelboot” holiday home. The ground floor features a living/dining area with a TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The attic features a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as 2.TV.
Kitchen with coffee maker, 2-burner stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, and toaster. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.
The house comes equipped with a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).


The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.


Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, local residents
