The bright and cosy "Strandblick" apartment, featuring a balcony, has been awarded *** stars by the German Tourism Association. It is located right next to the Warnemünde lighthouse, on the second floor of a historic building that was renovated in 1998. The beach promenade, the spa facilities, and the swimming beach are all in the immediate vicinity. The southwest-facing location offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the 2nd floor in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

From the balcony, you can see the lighthouse—the landmark of Warnemünde.
With 31 square metres of living space, the apartment is ideal for two people. You’ll also find all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. As is well known, the seaside climate is extremely allergy-friendly. Our goal has always been to extend this to the holiday apartment as well. The well-maintained tile flooring throughout the apartment reduces the buildup of harmful microbes and bacteria.
Amenities: Bathroom with shower, toilet, and hair dryer; kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, hob, double bed, sofa for relaxing and reading, a small library, various games, cable TV, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, sunny southwest-facing balcony with table and chairs and a magnificent ocean view. The holiday rental is for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

The house is located in a quiet pedestrian zone.


At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us,
starting at 6 €/night (if available).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked
parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
