Ein Lüfter der 24 h ununterbrochen an und aus geht. Den man nicht ausschalten dürfte und ständig Kopfschmerz verursachte. Die Dusche roch fürchterlich aus dem Abfluss. Erholung ist anders

Bewrrtung

Die Wohnung ist dadurch das es ein Skelett ist sehr dunkel. Das Geschirr war leider sehr unsauber. Das 3. Bett ist eine harte unbequeme Klappcouch. Im Bad riecht es die ganze Zeit nach Abfluss. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt am Haus aber zu dieser Wohnung nur durch einen extrem hihe Bordsteinkante zu erreichen. Das ist nicht förderlich für ein Auto. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Aber man ist nah am Strand

Sauberkeit wird ja eigentlich groß geschrieben, hier anscheinend nicht. Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine richtige Reinigung! Die Geräusche der Belüftung sind mega störend. Positiv sind die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit.

Enttäuschend. Ein Belüftet, der nicht auszuschalten war, war extrem laut. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier und keine Müllbeutel.

Wohnung im Keller zu kalt.Ligt an einer Eifallstrasse mit gegenüber liegender Bushaltestelle.Gleich beim öffnen der Tür ein Fliesenschaden am Fusboden.Die Regendusche war nur noch zur Zierde.Fernseher zu tief angebaut.Aber Warnemünde selbst war als Urlaubsort Super

Keine Kulanz bei krankheitsbedingter Absage

Wir konnten aufgrund von Krankheit (akuter Bandscheibenvorfall) nicht anreisen. Eine Verschiebung des Anreisedatums wurde vom Eigentümer abgelehnt. Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Der Preis für die Ausstattung überhöht

Kein WLAN, schimmelige Fensternischen, spartanische Einrichtung. Fernseher und Radio nur im Schlafzimmer. Klumpige Kopfkissen. Aussenbeleuchtung defekt, wurde auch nach Aufforderung nicht repariert. Kein Licht in der Küchenzeile. Der Preis für die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zu hoch!
