The “Kapitän Karsten” holiday apartment on the ground floor features a large, bright living room (TV, radio, DVD, free Wi-Fi), two bedrooms with double beds, a great bathroom with shower (washing machine, hair dryer), a top-notch kitchen with all the essentials, and a very nice, large courtyard with a beach chair for relaxing.
In the basement, there is a private, spacious sauna newly installed in 2019 (please bring your own sauna towels).

The apartment’s initial amenities include a laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.


Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Tourist tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to 5 years old, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
