Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday. We offer comfortably furnished holiday apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

“Leuchtfeuer” holiday apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Alter Strom and ships coming and going; large living room (TV, free Wi-Fi), 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed; fully equipped kitchen, great shower room and separate guest bathroom, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, sleeps 2–4; laminate flooring, living area approx. 84 sqm; You can easily reach the apartment via the lift and the bright, sunny atrium.


The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).


Pet lovers and their dogs are welcome here. When booking with a dog, an additional final cleaning fee of 30 € will be charged.

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
Bakeries, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Services: Dogs allowed for a fee + additional cleaning fee
Tourist tax:
Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if severely disabled 100% and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental provider:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/light: €5.00 per night
