We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

"Barsch" holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a magnificent ocean view: spacious living room with TV/radio/DVD/free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hair dryer, 1 bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV), 1 bedroom with two single beds (3rd TV), sleeps 4, living area approx. 66 sqm, large balcony with a stunning sea view. You can easily reach the apartment via the lift.
Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.


The apartment’s initial amenities include a set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, local residents

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental property owner:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
