This is an alternate booking for the Renters to reserve only one (1) bedroom with the rest of the house (shared spaces) included. This is best for those that only need a private bedroom and bathroom for the duration of stay, but like the option of using other amenities at a lower rate. If you'd like to book additional rooms, we can adjust the reservation accordingly. If you'd rather have the entire home to yourself, please see the listing for the entire house.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Used bedding/towels can be gathered in the hallway upstairs. A clothes hamper is in the hallway closet to gather used towels.
Dispose of all waste in the kitchen garbage can. Additional kitchen garbage bags are beside the kitchen garbage can. Place full kitchen garbage bags in the green garbage bins located in the backyard.
You are welcome to use cleaning supplies present if necessary.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
