This is our “Villa.” You’ll find us between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, in Schleswig-Holstein on the idyllic Schlei River. We warmly welcome groups of all kinds. Families and groups of friends, toddlers and seniors, preschools, school classes, and clubs, as well as holiday and work groups—everyone feels right at home here. The ground floor is wheelchair-accessible: living room and bedroom, shower and toilet, kitchen, and sunroom.

Bright rooms, fresh colours, warm-toned wood, and cosy furnishings create an atmosphere in the house where you’ll feel right at home. Every room has its own charm.

The large, fully equipped self-catering kitchen opens onto the garden. In the large, bright sunroom, you’ll quickly get the feeling of being “outside” even while you’re “inside.” The attic is approximately 100 square metres in size. Carpeted floors and exposed beams make it a popular play area or a retreat for group activities.
The 2,000-square-meter garden offers play areas, cosy nooks, and the opportunity to barbecue and build a campfire.

Smoking inside the house and bringing pets are prohibited.
Please note that the villa is a “self-catering home.” Upon request and for an additional fee, bed linens can be rented.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Please keep in mind that wearing outdoor shoes inside the house is not permitted. Therefore, please bring your own slippers.

A security deposit of 150€ in cash must be paid on the day of arrival. You will receive a receipt for this deposit, and it will be refunded to you via bank transfer no later than 7 days after departure, provided no major damage or additional cleaning costs are found during the final cleaning. You will receive the front door key in person upon arrival.
