My family and I had a great stay here. We did run into a small issue upon arrival but Tram (the host) was so responsive and quick to resolve the issue. This place perfect for those who love fishing and being outdoors. Being right on the bay was perfect for both my son and husband. It is a little bit of an older home BUT the set up and essentials and more made it feel pretty homey. Our family pug was also welcomed and she was so comfortable in the stay. The location of this home is so convenient, the beach is 1-2 miles down the road, there’s coffee shops, dollar general and more within the 1-3 mile radius! Will definitely be coming back .

The property is convenient to everything. It is great being on the canal, very peaceful. There were not simple amenities like other properties where I have stayed like a couple dishwasher pods, disposable dish cloths, wash cloths, a fully stocked kitchen, and more towels that are easily found instead of having to search for them. We had to go buy everything which is just another expense.The water in the downstairs shower never did get warm, so showers were not enjoyable. Basically, the hot water stayed upstairs and did not reach the bathroom or kitchen. There is a huge fig tree by the door that smelled disgusting. Figs were all in the front porch and sidewalk and this made the tile at the front door slick. This could also be a safety issue where someone could hide. There was a garbage can by the front door shoved into the fig tree that was overflowing and smelled badly. The birds were extremely loud outside the bedroom window fighting over the figs. There was also a rat on the back deck that made its appearance a few times while we were out there. There were TVs in all rooms which was great when we wanted to lay down and relax. The beds were comfortable. They have made an older condo comfortable, however whoever is responsible for maintaining it is not doing a good job at keeping the outside clean.

House was clean but very dated and needs a paint job. For the price I would expect some decent toilet paper as well. That 1 ply stuff was see thru!
