NEW TO THE MARKET -LAUGHING GULL WATERFRONT CANAL LOCATION - SLEEPS 5
Location, Location, Location! This home sits on the water on a prime fishing spot. With your own boat dock you can easily access West Bay and any destination in Jamaica Beach on the water with your boat. Permits are required to launch a boat so notify us in advance if you are bringing a boat. The home is also just a mile from the beach on the Gulf of Mexico side of the island. As you can see from the photos the house is located on a natural inlet from West Bay. This is why there is good fishing right from the dock of this house. There are lots of people every day and night who use their own boats and kayaks to come fish the water in front of this house! When you stay at this house you will be staying in a location where you already want to be and not just near where you want to be. Whether you are staying for the weekend or longer the combination of the tranquility of the location and the multitude of recreational opportunities will surely leave you smiling.
