The perfect waterfront home with all the amenities. Outside you an open deck, screen in porch, firepit, beach, beautiful views and sunsets everyday. Inside 4 bedrooms all with their own full baths, and TVs. Master Bedroom has full bath with very large jetted tub, and separate full shower. With views of the water and sunsets. Dining room, office, full kitchen with island cooktop, double ovens, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer, coffee station. Large family room with 65 inch TV, fireplace, reclining sofa set. Down stairs, rec room with 55 inch TV, and work out room. Game room with pool table, wet bar, frig, wine cooler, great for entertaining or event. Theater room with 120 inch projection system. Not far from the National Harbor, Virginia, and Washington DC.
