Fantastic location,center W. Hollywood.Walk to Grove, Farmer's Market, museums to south. 1 mi to Melrose, 1.5mi Hollywood Blvd, north. 3mi Beverly Hills west, 20 min drive to Universal Studios, downtown & beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Restaurants,shopping nearby.

5 bedroom plus den.
The space
Large master bedroom with 2 Queen size beds, fits 4 people. Ten beds in 4 other bedrooms on second floor. Den on first floor has a pull out sofa for two. Dedicated workspaces on both floors with printer. Beautiful living room, seats for everyone! There is a piano and large flat screen TV Balcony on second floor. Beautiful deck, BBQ grill on first floor. Basketball court, ping pong , boxing ball, bench and free weights in yard. This is a safe, residential neighborhood, with one family homes for blocks. House is full of board games, lots of books, kids toys! Oven, microwave, coffee station, full kitchen for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire house and backyard. There is a large, long driveway.

*There is a 2 story guest house in the backyard with one lovely tenant! He does not use the backyard or the driveway.
