Only minutes away from the Comeback Bay community boat launch, you’ll find it easy to explore beautiful Lake Pend Oreille at your leisure.
Step outside the front door to discover endless walking and biking trails. Walk or bike the 2-mile Long Bridge pedestrian trail surrounded by mountains, the beauty of Lake Pend Oreille, and the gentle rumble of the trains in the distance. The Long Bridge leads you to Sandpoint, where you can enjoy a variety of shopping and dining options, and the popular City Beach. Take a short drive to Schweitzer, where the gondola ride offers breathtaking views and a day of unforgettable memories, or spend a day at Silverwood Theme Park, or Farragut State Park. The choices are endless.
This home features three bedrooms: one with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a cozy bunk bed—perfect for families or small groups seeking a relaxing retreat. With two bathrooms, everyone can get ready with ease.
The main living room invites you to unwind with two comfortable sofas, while a second living room is perfect for playing games or curling up with a good book by the fireplace. The dining area offers seating for six to eight guests, complemented by a well-stocked kitchen with generous counter space for cooking and plenty of storage. Additional amenities include a laundry room, a covered patio with an outdoor table and BBQ, and a front porch complete with two rocking chairs and a rustic bench—an ideal spot to watch the sun set at the end of a fun-filled day.
