The home features two queen beds, two twin beds, two sets of bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 12 total guest if needed. Unwind and relax with family and friends on the majestic uncrowded beach or take in the amazing sunsets from one of the two covered decks. Covered parking area below home with large concrete driveway to accommodate your boat. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring the many attractions of the island, this is the ultimate getaway for your family and friends.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash pickup is early Monday morning. Please place all trash in bins below the house Sunday evening. No need to pull bins to the street.
Before checkout, please start a load of towels. You can leave beds unmade so our cleaners know which linens to wash.
Please turn all lights off including the outside lights on the side of the house and all lights under the house. Checkout is no later than 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Exterior security camera on property (below rear deck facing driveway only)
Please keep all exterior lighting off when not necessary. We have Sea-Turtle nesting grounds on the island.
No parking on lawn please.
